On the hand, legislature branch of the government is the Congress of the federal government that is responsible for creating the laws of the state. It is within the powers of the legislative branch of the government to ensure that the levy taxes, declare war, print the money, make laws and also take control of the federal budget.

The primary duty of the government is to ensure that there is an equal distribution of public resources by making available public resources to every citizen. The cases of government officials or employees mishandling the public resources are many.
